Troubleshooting

If you see the error message below, it may sometimes be caused by a temporary problem in the

COM port connection or the sensor connections.

Check the connections and try again. As a last resort, close LoadVUE and restart the program. All

data in the saved datasets and log files will be preserved. You may also be able to solve this

problem by unplugging the relevant sensor from the USB port and plugging it back in after a

second or two and then using the Options button to poll the ports again.
